– 3 tbsp butter – ½ cup onion – 1 tsp garlic – 3 tbsp flour – 1 ¾ cups stock – ½ cup cream – 1 tsp thyme – Salt and pepper, – 2 ½ cups turkey – 9oz. frozen veggies – 8 canned biscuits

1. Cook onion in butter. Stir in stock, cream, and seasonings. 2. Stir in veggies & turkey and simmer for 3 minutes. 3. Transfer to dish, top with biscuits. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
