TORTELLINI CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 tbsps oil – 1lb. ground beef – 1 onion – 3 garlic cloves – 28oz. crushed tomatoes – 8oz tomato sauce – 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning – 1 ½ tsp. salt – 24oz tortellini – 3 cups mozzarella

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Saute onion and garlic. Cook beef. 2. Add tomatoes and seasoning. Stir in tortellini and half cheese. 3. Put in dish, top with cheese. 4. Bake at 350°F 40 minutes.
