TOMATO GRAVY

INGREDIENTS

– 3 tbsp. vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour – 1 1/3 cups chicken broth – 2 cups can diced tomatoes, undrained – 1/2 tsp. salt – 1/2 tsp. black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a skillet whisk the flour and oil until the flour just starts to brown  2. Whisk in the chicken broth and stir until smooth. 3. Add the tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste.
