– 1 can beans
– 4 tbsps. olive oil
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– 3 cloves garlic
– 2 tsp. sugar
– 2 tsp. salt
– ½ tsp. pepper
– ½ cup spinach leaves
– ½ cup parmesan cheese
1. Cook tomatoes, garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper for 10 mins. Stir in beans & spinach.
2. Put bread cubes in baking dish. Top with tomatoes and cheese.
