TOASTED VANILLA SHAKEN ESPRESSO

INGREDIENTS

For the syrup: – ½ vanilla bean – ½ cup sugar – 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste – ⅔ cup water For the drink: – 1-2 shots espresso  – 3 tbsp. vanilla syrup – ½ cup oatmilk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Toast sliced vanilla for a minute. Add water, paste, and sugar. Lower heat, simmer for 8 mins. 2. Add syrup and drink ingredients to jar.  3. Shake, pour into cup with ice.
