BAKED TERIYAKI SALMON

INGREDIENTS FOR THE SALMON

– Salmon filets – Teriyaki sauce: – Green onions – Sesame seeds – Cilantro

Preheat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with oil. Pat the salmon filets dry and place them in the baking dish.

STEP 1: PREHEAT AND PREP

STEP 2: BRUSH SAUCE ON THE SALMON

Use about ½ cup teriyaki sauce to coat each salmon filet generously.

STEP 3: BAKE

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until flaky and cooked through. The recommended internal temperature for salmon is 145°F.

STEP 4: FINISH WITH MORE SAUCE

Remove the filets from the baking dish and brush with the remaining teriyaki sauce as desired.

STEP 5: GARNISH AND SERVE

Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro if you want, then serve immediately.
