– 1 lb. ground beef
– 8oz. Pipe rigate pasta
– 9oz. salsa
– ¼ cup shredded cheese
– 1oz. Taco seasoning mix
– ¾ cup milk or water
– ¼ cup sour cream
– Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta.
2. Cook beef in pot or skillet. Add pasta, seasoning, milk, and sour cream. Mix.
3. Transfer to casserole dish and top with cheese.
4. Bake at 400F for 20 mins.
