SWISS STEAK CROCK POT

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ½ lb round steak – 2 carrots – 1 onion – 2 garlic cloves – ¼ cup flour – 2 tbsps. oil – 2 cups beef broth – 2 cans tomato sauce – 2 bay leaves – 1 tsp. smoked paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

1. 1. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika. Coat steak. 2. Brown steak in skillet over high heat. 3. Add sliced carrots, onion, garlic, & steak to pot. Add broth & sauce. Cook high 4 hours.
