SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE WITH CANNED YAMS AND MARSHMALLOWS
INGREDIENTS
– 22 oz. canned cooked yams
– 3 tbsp butter
– 2 ½ tbsp brown sugar
– 1 small egg
– ¼ tsp cinnamon
– 4.5 oz. mini marshmallows
– 2-3 tbsp chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drain canned yams and mash in bowl.
2. Mix in butter, brown sugar, egg, & cinnamon.
3. Transfer to baking dish, bake 350F for 30 mins.
4. Add marshmallows and broil.
