STUFFED TACO SHELLS

INGREDIENTS

– 12-16 pasta shells, cooked and drained – 400 gr. ground meat – 2 tbsp. taco seasoning – 2 cups salsa – 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded – Toppings: pico de gallo, sour cream, cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a pan, cook the meat and seasoning until browned 2. Stuff each shell and arrange on a baking tray. Top with salsa and cheese 3. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F 4. Serve with toppings
