STUFFED BELL PEPPER RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 6 medium  bell peppers – 1 lb ground pork – 1 small onion, chopped – 1 cup rice – 1 chicken cube – 28oz tomato sauce – 2 tbsps flour – 3 tbsps olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook pork, onions, rice, chicken cube, and water 2. Spoon mixture into peppers in a baking dish.  3. Prepare tomato sauce and poor over peppers 4. Bake covered at 350°F for 40 minutes.
