BISQUICK STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 lb. fresh strawberries – 3 Tablespoons sugar, divided – 2 Tbsp butter, melted – ⅓ cup milk – 1 ⅛ cups Bisquick Original Baking Mix – 1 cup whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Wash, trim, and slice the strawberries. Toss in sugar 2. Make the shortcake dough 3. Bake the shortcakes for 15 mins at 425F 4. Layer the shortcakes with strawberries and whipped cream
