– 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
– 3 cups beef broth
– ½ cup butter
– 1 Tablespoon soya sauce
– 1 can onion soup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine rice, broth, onion soup and soya sauce in greased dish
2. Top the rice with butter.
3. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 400F
4. Remove foil and bake uncovered for 30 minutes
