– 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
– ½ cup vegetable oil
– 2 eggs
– ¾ cup brown sugar
– ½ cup white sugar
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1. Prepare the muffin batter
2. Pour the batter into a lined muffin tin
3. Mix the cream cheese filling and spoon over raw muffins
4. Bake for 15-20 mins at 350F
