– 4 lb. St. Louis Ribs
– 1 cup bbq sauce
– 2 tbsps. olive oil
– 1 ½ tsp. salt
– ½ tsp. pepper
– 1 tsp. celery salt
– ½ tsp. oregano
– 1 tbsp. brown sugar
– 1 ½ tsp. paprika
– 1 tsp. garlic
1. Whisk oil and spices in bowl. Rub both sides of ribs with it. Marinate 1 hour.
2. Wrap ribs in foil, bake 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
3. Brush ribs with BBQ and bake 10 minutes.
