–16oz. rigatoni
–1 tbsp. olive oil
–¼ cup onion
–2 garlic
–2 tbsp. Calabrian
–½ cup tomato paste
–½ cup vodka
–1 cup heavy cream
–½ tsp. sugar
–¼ cup pasta water
–1 tbsp. butter
–parmesan
3. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 mins, stirring. Add vodka and cook 1 min.
4. Add water and sugar and mix. Stir in butter and cheese.
5. Toss pasta in the sauce.
