SOUTHERN FRIED CORN

INGREDIENTS

– 2 cups canned sweet corn, drained – 3 cups water – 2 tbsp. flour – 2 tbsp. granulated sugar – salt and pepper – 3 tbsp. butter – Fresh cilantro, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. 2. Heat a skillet with butter. 3. Add the corn mix and cook, stirring constantly for 12 minutes.
