– 1 Prime Rib (2-3 lbs)
– salt and pepper
– 2 tbsp. olive oil
– 4 tbsp. Italian seasoning
– 4 tbsp. butter
– 1 cup beef stock
– ½ cup red wine
– 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Season prime rib and place in vacuum sealed bag
2. Submerge the bag in sous vide for 12 hours at 132°F
3. Remove prime rib and pan sear with butter
4. Use the same pan to prepare sauce
