SOURDOUGH GRILLED CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

– 2 tbsp butter, softened – 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese – 4 slices sourdough bread – 2 slices mozzarella cheese – 2 slices white cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix butter and Parmesan. 2. Spread one side of bread with mixture. 3. Layer mozzarella and cheddar cheese on non-buttered side of the bread. 4. Cook on low for 1-2 minutes each side.
