SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ½ cups sugar – ¾ cup butter – 3 large eggs – 1 tsp. vanilla extract – 2 ½ cups flour – 1 tsp. baking soda – 1 tsp. baking powder – 1 cup sour cream

INGREDIENTS

FILLING: – ¼ cup granulated sugar – 1 tbsp. cinnamon – 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon GLAZE: – ½ cup confection

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Mix wet and dry ingredients. Combine.  2. Mix filling. Assemble coffee cake. 3. Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
