SOFRITAS CHIPOTLE

INGREDIENTS

– ¼ cup green bell pepper, sliced – 1 small onion – ½ tsp garlic paste – 2 tbsp adobo sauce – ½ tsp ancho chile powder – ½ tsp cumin powder – ½ tsp dried oregano

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook tofu until golden brown. Crumble. 2. Blend the marinade ingredients. 3. Marinate the tofu then cook again.
