FRIED SUSHI ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup cooked sushi rice – 1 tbsp rice vinegar – 2 tsp sugar – 1 sheet Seaweed – 2 sticks of Surimi – ½ avocado, cucumber

– 1 tsp sriracha – 1 tbsp spicy mayo – 1 egg – ½ tbsp oyster sauce – 1 tsp soy sauce – ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour the mixture over the rice and stir to coat i2. Spread rice on bamboo mat. Spread mayo in center. Add rest of ingredients and roll.

3. Beat egg with soy sauce and Sriracha. Coat sushi roll. Roll it in breadcrumbs. 4. Fry in hot oil till golden brown. Slice into small rolls.
