SHRIMP SALAD

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup cooked shrimp – ½ cup cherry tomatoes – 1 small red onion – ½ cup coriander – 1 avocado, cubed – 1 cup canned corn kernels – 1 lime, juiced – 1 tbsp olive oil – Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the shrimp, tomatoes, corn, avocado, onion,  and coriander to a bowl 2. Add the lime juice, salt, and pepper 3. Toss everything together. Taste and adjust as needed
