– 1 cup cooked shrimp
– ½ cup cherry tomatoes
– 1 small red onion
– ½ cup coriander
– 1 avocado, cubed
– 1 cup canned corn kernels
– 1 lime, juiced
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper
