SHREDDED CHICKEN TACOS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 lb. cooked chicken, shredded – 8 corn tortillas – ¾ cups Mexican cheese – ½ cup barbecue sauce or enchilada sauce – 2 tbsp. olive oil – Salsa, for topping

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Stir shredded chicken with sauce. 2. Spoon chicken into tortillas in dish.Top with cheese and bake for 2 minutes at 350F. 3. Fold tacos and bake for 15 more minutes.
