INGREDIENTS FOR THE FRENCH TOAST

– Eggs – Milk  – Ground cinnamon – Vanilla extract – Salt – Brioche bread  – Butter – Maple syrup

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Generously grease a rimmed half sheet pan with nonstick spray or butter.

STEP 1: PREHEAT THE OVEN

STEP 2: MAKE THE CUSTARD

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth and well blended.

STEP 3: DIP THE BREAD

Dip each slice of brioche into the custard, coating both sides. Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with all pieces, arranging them in a single layer.

STEP 4: BAKE

Place the sheet pan on the lower oven rack and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden and the toast is cooked through.
