DUBAI CHOCOLATE SHAKE

This homemade copycat of Shake Shack's Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake nails the same core elements that make the original so memorable.

This recipe is quicker to make than you'd think and means this shake is available to you any single day of the year, not just during a limited run.

INGREDIENTS

Here is everything you need: Coating chocolate, Vanilla ice cream, Milk, Ice, Pistachio cream, Chopped pistachios and toasted ketafi for garnish

Add the coating chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth and pourable.

STEP 1: MELT THE CHOCOLATE

Pour the melted chocolate into a plastic cup and tilt and rotate it so the chocolate coats the entire inside surface. Set the cup aside for 15-20 mins for the chocolate to harden.

STEP 2: COAT THE CUP

While the chocolate hardens, add the vanilla ice cream, milk, ice, and pistachio cream to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and thick, with no ice chunks remaining.

STEP 3: BLEND THE SHAKE

Once the chocolate shell has hardened, pour the shake into the chocolate-lined cup.Top with any remaining melted chocolate, chopped pistachios, and toasted katafi.
