SAUSAGE AND CABBGE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 lb.  sausage – 2 tbsp. olive oil – 1 onion, chopped – 2 garlic cloves, – 1 cabbage head – 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar – salt and pepper – fresh parsley to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Brown sausage in skillet for 10 minutes. Set aside.  2. Add rest of ingredients. Lower heat, cover skillet, and cook for 35 minutes. 3. Mix sausage, salt, and pepper in and serve.
