– 2 tablespoon salted butter – 10 oz button mushrooms, sliced – 1 large onion, sliced – 1 garlic clove, minced – 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour – 3 cups beef broth – 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – Salt and pepper to taste
