RUDY'S CREAMED CORN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 4 cups frozen corn – 1 cup softened cream cheese – ⅓ cup heavy cream – ¼ cup butter – 2 tbsp. sugar – salt and pepper – fresh parsley to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat skillet to medium-high heat and add the corn, cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper. 2. Stir as it warms up, then cook over low-medium heat for 30 minutes.
