RICE AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– ½ lb. sausages – 1 cup celery – 1 green bell pepper – ½ cup sweet onion – 1 can cream of chicken soup – 1 ½ cup brown rice – 2 cups beef broth

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Brown the sausage in a skillet. Add veggies and cook. 2. Add rest of ingredients, mix, and put in baking dish. 3. Bake 350F for 45 minutes.
