RAMEN BOWLS

INGREDIENTS

– 1 tsp olive & sesame oil – 2 cloves garlic – ⅓ cup carrots – ½ cup mushrooms – 4 cups vegetable broth  – 3 tbsp soy sauce – 1 tbsp rice vinegar – ½ tbsp Sriracha  – ramen noodles 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the veggies in oil. 2. Make the broth. 3. Cook the ramen. 4. Assemble the bowls.
