WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE

These copycat Cane’s chicken fingers are crunchy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with flavor. Yes — even better than the original.

INGREDIENTS

-Chicken tenderloins -Buttermilk -Garlic salt, onion powder, paprika -Breadcrumbs -Flour -Egg -Oil for frying

STEP 1: MARINATE THE CHICKEN

Soak chicken in a mix of buttermilk and spices for at least 1 hour. This makes them extra tender and flavorful.

STEP 2: SET UP BREADING STATIONS

Mix flour, bread crumbs, and spices in a bowl. Set up a bowl of buttermilk with some spices in it.

STEP 3: HEAT THE OIL

Heat oil to 350°F in a deep skillet or fryer. Be patient and let it heat up so the chicken gets crispy.

STEP 4: FRY THE CHICKEN

Fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Drain on a wire rack or paper towels.

PRO TIPS
