PUMPKIN PIE CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS

– 1 Pie Crust – 2 cups Pumpkin  – 3 Eggs – 1 tsp. Vanilla – ½ cup Heavy Cream, Brown Sugar, Sugar – 1 tsp. Cinnamon – ¼ tsp. Ginger & Nutmeg – ⅛ tsp. Cloves – Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put crust in pie dish.  Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. 2. Whisk eggs with sugars. Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour filling over crust.  3. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
