PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS

INGREDIENTS

– 8 tbsps. melted butter – 3 eggs – 1½ tsp cinnamon – ½ tsp nutmeg – 24oz. full fat cream cheese – 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar

– ½ cups brown sugar – 1 cup pumpkin puree – 4 tbsp. melted butter – ¼ cup sour cream – 1 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make the graham cracker crust. 2. Mix the cheesecake filling. 3. Mix the pumpkin cheesecake filling. 4. Combine filling on crust. Bake at 320F for 40 minutes. Chill in fridge.
