PIONEER WOMAN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 0.75lb. breakfast sausage – ½ red bell pepper – 3 scallions – 6 eggs – ½ cup heavy cream – ½ tbsp mustard – Salt and pepper – 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded – 15oz. frozen hash browns

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the sausage and vegetables 2. Mix the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Combine with sausage and remaining ingredients 3. Transfer to a baking dish. Bake for 50 mins at 350F.
