PINTO BEANS AND RICE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 cup dried pinto beans – 2 onion – 1 cup uncooked rice – ½ cup oil – 2 tbsp. sweet paprika – 2 bay leaves – 1 tsp. black pepper – 1 tsp. thyme – 1 chicken cube – Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Rinse beans. Add to pot with water. Boil. 2. Add bay leaves and chicken cube. 3. Cook onions in skillet.  4. Add everything to baking dish, bake 350F for 2 hours.
