PEACH CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE

– ¾  cup Butter – 4 oz Cream Cheese  – 1 ½ cups Sugar – 3  Eggs – 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract – 1 ½ cups Flour – ¼ teaspoon Salt – 1 cup Peaches, cubed

INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING

FOR THE TOPPING: – 2 peaches sliced – ½ cup Brown Sugar – ¼ cup Melted Butter FOR THE GLAZE: – 1 cup powdered Sugar – 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract – 2 tbsp. Milk – 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Beat butter, sugar, cream cheese. Add eggs. Mix in dry ingredients & peaches. 2. Mix topping. Add to cake. 3. Bake 350F for 45 minutes. 4. Mix glaze, add on top of cooled cake.
