PASTA WITH PROSCIUTTO

INGREDIENTS

– 8 oz. tagliatelle pasta  – 4 oz. prosciutto – 1 tbsp olive oil – 2 tbsp butter – 1 egg – 1 cup frozen peas – 1 cup heavy cream – ¼ cup parmesan cheese – 1 garlic cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook pasta. Heat oil & butter in skillet. Cook prosciutto for 4 minutes. Set aside. 2. Mix pasta & peas in skillet. Whisk egg & water then combine. 3. Add cream & cook till thick.
