PASTA WITH CREAM CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

– 8 oz. fusilli – ¾ cup cream cheese – ¼ cup parmesan cheese – 1 Tbsp olive oil – 1 garlic clove, minced – ½ cup pasta – salt and pepper – ¼-1/2 tsp chili flakes

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook pasta.  2. Fry garlic in skillet. Stir in cream cheese and half cup pasta water. Add parmesan. 3. Coat pasta in sauce and serve warm.
