WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE
Just pancake mix, butter, and milk = buttery biscuits!
These are perfect for last-minute biscuits that go with any dish!
INGREDIENTS
– 2 ¼ cup Buttermilk Pancake Mix
– ⅔ cup milk
– 2 tablespoon butter, melted (optional for brushing)
STEP 1: MAKE THE DOUGH
Combine pancake mix and milk until just combined.
No overmixing—dough should be soft and rough.
STEP 2: SHAPE THE DOUGH
Roll the dough out with a rolling pin until it's about ½ inch thick. If your dough is sticking to the rolling pin, rub a bit of the mix or flour on it.
STEP 3: CUT THE BISCUITS & BAKE
Cut the biscuit dough and bake at 400–425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Edges should rise and tops feel springy.
STEP 4: SERVE
Serve the hot biscuits right from the oven—with butter, jam, gravy, or honey. They're best eaten warm!
PRO TIPS
– Use cold milk to prevent dough from getting soggy
– Fold the dough gently to retain layers
– Make drop biscuits to skip cutting altogether
