OLD FASIONED CHICKEN AND EGG NOODLES
INGREDIENTS
– 2.5lb. chicken – 1 onion – 2 carrots – 2 stalks celery – 2-3 stalks parsley – 1 ½ cups chicken stock – 8oz. egg noodles – 6oz. cream of chicken soup – ½ cup milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook chicken, vegetables. 2. Place stock in pot and add noodles. 3. Bring to a boil.4. Drain and add stock, soup, and pasta water
