OLD FASHIONED BUTTERMILK POUND CAKE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 ½ cup butter – 2 ¼ cup sugar – 4 eggs, room temperature – 3 ½ cups flour – ½ teaspoon baking soda – 1 cup buttermilk – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon butter extract

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in rest of ingredients. 2. Pour into bundt pan. 3. Bake at 325F for 60 minutes.
