MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS

– 20 oz. frozen mixed veggies – ½ cup onion – 1 tbsp. butter – 1 cup mushroom soup  – ⅓ cup mayonnaise – ½ tsp. garlic powder – 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese – 2 cups crackers + melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook veggies in pot of boiling water for 1 minute.  2. Fry onions. Combine all ingredients in bowl. 3. Transfer to dish, top with cheese and crackers. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
