MEXICAN SWEET  CORN CAKE

INGREDIENTS

– 8 tbsps (1 stick) Unsalted Butter, melted – 1 (15 oz,) Canned Creamed Corn – 1 (15 oz.) Whole Kernel Corn – 8 oz. Corn Muffin Mix – ½ cup Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Line an 8x8 inch dish with parchment paper. 2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to dish. 3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
