MEXICAN FRIED ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

– 4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream – 3 Egg Whites – 4 cups Corn Flakes – 2 tbsp. Sugar – 2 cups vegetable oil – To serve: whipped cream, cones

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Freeze ice cream balls for 30 mins. 2. Beat egg whites in bowl. Mix crushed cereal & sugar in a bowl. 3. Dip ice cream in egg whites and cereal. Freeze overnight. 4. Fry ice cream in oil for a few minutes.
