MEXICAN BEANS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 1 tbsp olive oil – 1 onion – 2 jalapeno – 1 tsp garlic powder – ½ tsp oregano – ½ tsp paprika – ½ tsp cumin – 2 14oz. pinto beans – 1 cup vegetable broth – 1 tbsp lime juice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook onion and jalapeno in pot. 2. Add tomato and seasonings. Cook. 3. Add beans and stock. Simmer for 25 mins. Serve warm.
