For the Meatballs:
– 1 ½ lbs ground beef
– ½ cup bread crumbs
– ¼ cup diced onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– ¼ cup parsley
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp cajun seasoning
– ½ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp black pepper
1. Make and cook the meatballs
2. Make a roux and add garlic and vegetables
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir
4. Add meatballs and bring to a simmer
5. Cook for 45 mins
