Soy sauce + water Garlic + onion Gochugaru (or chili flakes) Green chili + scallions Honey + sesame

Start with the eggs in boiling water, timer on, don’t guess.

As soon as the timer is up, chill 5 minutes, peel fully, set aside.

STEP 3: MIX THE MARINADE

Whisk soy + water + honey + garlic + chili + onions + sesame.

STEP 4: SOAK FOR 24 HOURS

Coat the eggs in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate
