MARYLAND-STYLE CRAB BALLS

INGREDIENTS

– 1 tbsp olive oil – ¼ cup red bell pepper – ¼ cup onion – ¼ cup celery – ¼ cup green onion, chopped – 1 lb crab meat – 1 tbsp mustard – ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce – ½ cup bread crumbs

– 1 egg – ½ tsp garlic powder – ½ tsp onion powder – 1 tsp cajun seasoning – Salt and pepper – ½ cup flour – 1 egg – 1 cup panko bread crumbs, seasoned – Vegetable oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Saute vegetables in oil 2. Add the ingredients to make the crab ball filling 3. Roll each ball into the egg then dredge in bread crumbs 4. Fry each ball in oil for 5 mins on each side
