MANICOTTI CREPE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

– 4  eggs – 8oz. water – 1 ⅓ cup flour – ½ tsp salt – 1 ⅓ cup ricotta   – 5 oz. mozzarella cheese – ½ cup parmesan – 3.5oz. chopped frozen spinach – 4 cup marinara sauce – 2-3 tbsp parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Make the crepe batter. 2. Cook the crepes. 3. Make the filling. 4. Prepare the crepes to bake. 5. Assemble the manicotti. 6. Bake and serve.
